Ryan and I were in Alabama when I saw this unfolding on the news. It was such a tragedy. Mark was in Chicago working with his brother David at the time. It took several hours to confirm that Braden was safe. This was so sad...many were injured and some lost their lives...the only upside was that the bridge was partially closed for maintenance or it would have been much much worse. Thousands of vehicles cross that bridge everyday and this happened right at the peak of the evening rush hour.

Trust this finds you well, healthy & safe wherever you are.What happened August 1st here in Minneapolis gave us all reason to pause & reflect.Was drawn to the site this afternoon to pay respect to those impacted...In the darkest of Minnesota's moments, the light of the day was surreal with the recovery activities going on.Those who were taken paid the ultimate price needed to commit to the health, safety & welfare we value. We who remain will have to find ways to bring this to closure & ensure a better place for future generations...Take care, Folks.
